So do y’all remember when one of the gurls come out as Usher’s alleged herpes victim? Well, he came back to drop the request of medical records from Usher.
The Blast received court documents stating that the mystery man withdrew his motion to force Usher to release any medical records and all information about any possible settlements over herpes. According to the documents, the mystery man could bring the motion again but will focus on continuing with “further discovery.”
This is tea on what made him drop the request. The mystery man claims that Usher “refused to turn over documents” and tried to “invoke privilege to not hand over the records,” according to the Blast.
Last year, the news leaked that two woman, who claims they had sex with Usher, sued because they felt he had put their health at risk for not informing him about is alleged herpes diagnosis. Later, the mystery guy came forward and claimed that him and Usher had their encounter at a Koreatown spa in Los Angeles.
